I used WinUSB driver for USB debug cable support. In order it to work, you need to install it MANUALLY.
Apply WinUSB driver for device that will show up during the connection initialization as an unknown device.


Make sure your debug cable is connected to XHCI controller.
Make sure you have disable DCI transport or set it to auto detect in case you were using Intel CCA for debugging.
